awful product

I would not even give this a 1 star rating I would give it no stars. do not buy. product did not work . never got a charge and unfortunately just opened box 2 days ago and husband bought on black friday in november and will not charge. customer service pathetic will not switch product out or give me a credit brand new item never used......ridiculous
