Disappointed 😔☹️

I was extremely excited 😊😆 about receiving my shoulder massager. I opened the box, took out the massager and immediately took out the directions, so I would know how to use it. I turned on the massager, but it did not work, so followed the directions for charging the item. I charged it for 3 hours. Once charged, I pushed that on button to no avail. Maybe, I bought the one out of thousands, that wasn't going to work.
