Product stopped working

Hi there I bought an infrared body mat in April 2025 but after using it for three months, the mat stopped working. The lights don’t light up anymore. I would like to get a warranty replacement. Thanks

Defective from the start

Very disappointed with this product. It didn’t work from the get go. Red light didn’t turn on at all. I do not recommend this product.
