Life changing

I am addicted to this blanket. My sleep pattern is horrible because I can wind down. I played in this blanket for 30 minutes and now im going to bed. Its rare I feel sleepy but this I can get used to.

sauna blanket

this sauna blanket does the trick, it takes at least 20-25 minutes to heat up to full capacity but you do get a good sweat. it does leaves red temporary burn marks on skin
