Nonexistent battery no battery life

Either I got a faulty one or this product is terrible. On sale, but it won’t operate for more than a minute or two after full charge. Will update if my product is replaced and works. I’ve had a cheaper black and decker that’s better and I thought this was an upgrade. It shuts off after a minute and you literally need to plug it in to turn it on. 100% regret purchase. Literal junk operating for a minute with full battery. Likely cheap overseas manufacturing involved with a company who could care less who’s buying. Prove me wrong and replace my model with one that has battery life for use more than 3 minutes…. I’m waiting.
