Not worth it- immersion blender

I had great hopes for this product, it comes with all of the attachments I could want. Unfortunately, it over heats in under a minute and a half (at half speed), the wisk was poorly made and broke during the first use and the immersion blade barely moved. Maybe I bought a lemon or this product needs to be taken off the shelf. Any one else have any of the same issues?
