I have carpel tunnel and some degenerative arthritis in some of my fingers. I was reluctant to purchase this item but it has done wonders in helping with pain, swelling, inflammation and discomfort. So much that I rarely have to sleep with my carpel tunnel night gloves. I am so so happy I purchased this item I will say it took a moment for me to adjust to the way it massaged because it’s done in a compression method but it really works in hitting all the right pressure points. Can’t wait to share with my Dr who thought it would be a waste of money. It’s also very convenient with no cords. I can turn it on while watching TV.

Package arrived in a plastic envelope which offered no protection during shipping. It was a birthday gift that was an embarrassment to gift wrap a smashed package. Once opened, there was zero charge to even try it out at the party. After using the charger, it still wouldn’t operate even though the light turned green. Immediately returned to store for credit as you only have 30 days to return it. I reordered a new one. Fingers crossed!

Lowest settings is still too hard both with message and pressure.

It started out OK but after just a few seconds the massage changes and it was squeezing my hands so hard it almost was painful and it kept doing it and doing that I finally had to turn it off. For about I’d say 15-20 minutes my hand was tingling like circulation have been cut off too long. It was bizarre and not as expected. Did not feel good at all, and it has to be returned.

I am very happy with my purchase. Has brought great relief to someone that works with their hands full time.

I bought the machine from last week. Now, it stop working. Don’t bother wasting time and money on it.

I was hoping for SO much more...sigh.

Given that it's listed as a Sharper Image product, I expected it to deliver the results being sold in the descriptive text. Instead, I got a machine that has an uncomfortable hand fitting that runs a sequence of squeezes that do not actually provide much relief. The biggest problem is the hand fitting inside. Everything feels awkward. Sometimes, it hurts. When it's done, it doesn't feel much better and it often feels worse. I'm taking it back for a refund.
