Didn’t work

Really wanted this to work for my special needs granddaughter that lives in North Dakota, who likes a warm towel and blankie when she comes out of the bath. Tried it two different times. Power button lights up but it really didn’t even get warm to the touch. Very disappointing.

I got the luxury towel warmer as a birthday gift! It is amazing and nice to get out of the shower and have a nice warm towel and river waiting for me. Very easy to use as well.
