100% worth the buy

I love love love thissss. Listen I know the price is high but its worth it. I went from having the heat on 85, having 2 blankets , 1 quilt & a sheet to JUST this. Its super thick & heavy. When you open it it looks thinner. I promise it traps all the heat in. I put the ac on when me & my partner use it because it traps the heat in that well!!!!

Macy's does not communicate or respond

I purchased and paid extra for expedited shipping only to wait over a month to receive something. The day after ordering the status showed as shipped so that was great however the tracking remained as UPS was not in receipt of the package. I send an email 2 weeks later, no response. Followed up another week later, no response Finally had a chance to call, received the automated machine which ended up sending a "replacement" I'd like my expedited shipping fee back but no one cares I guess.
