I wouldn’t know!!! Poor service

I order this jacket ion Dec9 and never received it, but kept getting emails on how l liked the jacket lol( really ) every time l checked on tracking it said it was on its way …I called twice and spoke to someone who said it would shippped l called a representative again jan7 and they they couldn’t full fill the order but no ever contacted me and macys charged me for jacket. ( wow) l finally lm getting a refund back because l called again.
