Never received and no updated tracking info

I believe this seller is a scam. Tracking says received in other state and then large title says delivered. This item was never delivered and shows no shipping info to even my state or close to my state. I believe this is a fraudulent seller. Macys has been horrible on promoting special sale items that are junk once received or are never received. BOOOOO Macys!

Vendor sent wrong item and then ghosted me

I did not receive the item. Instead of two blue pillowcases they sent me gray sheets. I reported the issue to the vendor (as directed) and they asked for photos- which I sent- and then I was ghosted. I reached out again. It has been several weeks with no resolution. And no pillowcases that I paid for.
