Received wrong item. Received bedskirt instead of pillow cases. This just one of many problems in the last month I've had with a Macy's online order.

The item was never received. I called Macy’s twice. First time request a recipient they told me a credit was going to be issued because the item was from the third-party I waited for days and never since received the credit so I called back again although the customer service rep was very helpful. I was supposed to be transferred to a different rap and got disconnected. It’s ridiculous. I have to call so many times for such a small item, and all the trouble I’m going through to just get a credit it’s really a waste of my time.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I order these cases 12/8. When checking the website for updates on the delivery, I was informed that my order was "processing" after 4 days!!! when notified by the shipper USPS, the order was not received in their facility until 12/15 AN ENTIRE WEEK LATER. so Macy's youve lost a customer by your sloppy handling practices....NEVER ORDERING AGAIN......EVER!!!!
Slow to arrive!
I would love to leave a glowing review of this product; however, I placed my order 16 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered to me. The tracking information says it was sent on December 8th (the order was placed November 29th), but provides no further tracking information. As I intended to use these with holiday themed bedding, at this time I am not a happy customer!
