Would Not Recommend at all!

Just got it today and almost lost my toe. It fell like 15 minutes after installing it. I’m literally paranoid about installing it again. What a waste!

Unstable hold

Bought this shower shelf from another retailer as we trust in Umbra products. Despite feeling like the shelf wasn’t the most secure AFTER carefully following the installation instructions, we still believe it would work well. We soon realised it would slip and fall whenever we tried to use our shower products (therefore applying a small amount of weight on the shelf), so we reinstalled it carefully and made sure not to ever push down on it. However, it recently fell off randomly (thankfully not when we were in the shower) and caused glass to shatter everywhere in the shower tub. Very disappointed in this product, we have loved Umbra products in the past but will definitely not be purchasing any of the flex gel products.

Flex Gel Lock Corner fell down

I have had this product for about four years and love(d) it, until today when it crashed down. I tried reattaching it several times, but it didn't stay. I have no proof of purchase but the website says 5 years guarantee. Am I eligible?

Not usable

It didn’t last more than a week. After one week, it stopped sticking on the wall and there was no way to fix it back. Very poor use of your money. Don’t buy.

Sturdy!

I love this product. Helped organize my skincare items since I don’t have a lot of shelving in my shower. Very sturdy and stays up well.
