Queen vs standard

I ordered the queen size, paid for queen size, received standard pillow in box marked queen. Called customer service she could not verify it would recieved queen, but started a return and a reorder. Reorder came and same thing. Can't seem to find out why packaging reflects one thing and item is actually another. Customer service didn't know. Item details clearly say a size for queen, so I know there is a difference. Definitely a difference in price. Results, good pillow, but don't pay for queen, you won't get it.
