Not up to the standards I expect from Macy’s.

The king size comforter barely covers the top of my mattress. The shrink wrap that it was delivered in was very difficult to open and I believe that it has made the comforter permanently flat. This is not what I expect from Macy’s.

These smell horrible

I got twins for my kids. Pink and blue. They are adorable but oh my gosh they smell horrible!!! I’ve washed them twice and it’s almost worse? Smells like something died.

What's the odor?

The comforter is much thinner than I imagined. VERY thin. Plus it has a funky smell that didn't abate when we put it in the no-heat dryer to fluff it up.
