Great if in good condition
This comforter set is beautiful and extremely soft. I have one main issue with it though: half of the fur side is completely matted. While the normal parts look and feel great, the matted parts of the blanket make it feel cheap.

I love this blanket set. It comes with 2 pillow cases and the blanket it’s very heavy. One side is super soft and other is like fleece. You can sleep with either side we prefer the soft side. It’s also very big for a queen. I have not washed it yet but will soon.

Gorgeous
Absolutely gorgeous. This is nice and warm as well as super soft. I love it as a comforter as well as just a giant snuggly blanket. As for washing it washed well. I washed it in cold and hung it to dry.

Macy’s business practices!
I ordered two of the same comforter only one in queen and one in king. Estimated delivery was a week ago and three days before my guests arrived - my guests are gone and I am still waiting! I could have ordered these comforters or something similar from another company or two, but chose Macy’s because I believed them when they said I would get them when they said they would deliver. If they were honest about the estimated delivery, I would have never ordered them. In addition, what is with this “estimated” delivery? I recognize that the only one getting something for that order s the company. But, an estimate should be a lot closer than a week or two. Here I sit, without my comforters, my company is gone, and by the time I get new visitors it will be too warm to use the comforter set. I feel like I was duped. I feel like Macy’s just said they would deliver in a few days to get me to purchase these items, and then hid behind their “estimation of delivery” policy. Where is your VP of Operations? Why would any operations person think this is acceptable? I think this is called a lazy business practice. I shouldn’t have to wait weeks for two of the same comforter. I also shouldn’t be told that I was going to receive my comforters over a week ago only to track my delivery and never see the bar move from Macy’s to the carrier. Come on Macy’s. You are a company I am trying to help stay in business, but you have to stop hurting your customers with your business practices.
