too narrow

I liked the looks of this shoe, but the 9m was tight and very uncomfortable. This shoe is an 8.5 narrow. Also, it took about 6 weeks or to see my refund posted. The refund was received several weeks before Macy's posted on my account. I should not have had to call. Called 2 times.
