comes loose very easily

I bought two of these for my sisters (plus a different one) when I went to visit them overseas and they all have issues. This particular bracelet comes loose VERY easy and can fall of your hand. My sisters are located in Europe and Macys did not do a courtesy extension for return so I am losing the $$, Not a happy camper to say the least....
