Loose waist. Why stretch fabric?

I wear size 30 but these shorts were loose and falling down without a belt. Don't know why "stretch" material is added to a cotton fabric. Please fix the sizing and get rid of the stretch fiber to improve the product. Very disappointed as I bought 5 pairs.

Comfortable shorts.

The shorts were very comfortable and really liked the material however I had to return due to wrong size. That was my fault as I guess I have lost weight. I will look to order again soon.
