The lamp came packaged well and was easy to install. It comes with an electrical cord of approximately 10', which allows you to adjust the lamp to the height that works best for you. I installed mine over a small dining room table and it looks great. I'd note that the bulb provided is a bit on the warmer side and not very bright.

Understated, elegant, and quality. Lighting is predominately broadcast downward but does illuminate areas around nook table. The exterior is a black and the inner housing has a beautiful "hammered" bronze/cooper hue. I used a specialty vintage "bronze" filament lightbulb to create an environment of soft but rich high end restaurant lighting. Because the fixture is solid it does not produce an abundance of bright light; however, I was not looking for such a light and this one works for me. Compliments most d�cor.
