Because of the natural fibers the napkins are dull in color, not vibrant at all. The natural fabric also makes the napkins “flimsy” and not hold its shape.

They aren't as stiff and "fancy" as some of the ones you would see folded on a nice table, but they work much better than those ones because they are made up of more cotton so they actually absorb. Highly recommend, I have these in a basket on my kitchen counter and we use them daily instead of paper towels or paper napkins.
