DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I ordered this piece back in Aug, I was doing a room remodel. I unpacked it today after finally finishing up with my room just to be highly disappointed! The holes do not line up, on set is drilled too wide so no way to use them to attach the back to the couch. Sadly I am pass my 30 day window so no refund even for manufacturers defects. I have to take a loss and trash the item. Money thrown down the drain. I expect better from Macy's and the businesses they choose to partner with. I've been a customer for over 22 yrs but that is about to change. This item is cheaply made and full of manufacturers defects! Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Toy furniture not for an actual use !

I ordered 2 of this couches in grey. And to my disappointment they feel like a toy furniture, cushions won’t inflate, holes don’t allinng properly. Just a big mess. Furniture quality feels like a toy furniture. And perhaps only little kids can use it. Not for adults use for sure. Not even worth it for sale price. I want to return it so badly. Can’t believe Macy’s actually selling products like this.
