Beautiful but the hooks are so thick I will probably not be able to wear them unless I take them to a jeweler. Definitely a disappointment.

I liked the earrings online. However, I was disappointed when I received them and tried them on. They look well made but they are just too big and too heavy for comfort and look odd in I cannot see myself wearing the, Back they go.

While traveling to Italy, was not able to purchase. When, I saw that Macy's were carrying these Lira Drop Earrings. Had to have them.

I love coin jewelry and was hoping these earrings, which are both gold and silver, would be a nice option to wear to work. They are too large for that purpose since they are a little distracting because of the size - Think of US quarters hanging from your ears. I’m undecided weather to keep for “fun” earrings, since what I really need is an nice pair of earrings to wear to work that aren’t the typical gold or silver. At this time leaning towards sending back.

My husband bought me these gorgeous earrings to match my Lira Coin bracelet. Because none of the reviewers mentioned the thickness of the fish hooks, I never suspected a problem. The fish hooks are so thick that I can’t get them into my ears. What a disappointment on Valentine’s Day!! We are going to take them to a jewelry store & see about having the fish hooks buffed down to fit comfortably in my pierced ears. I love the earrings, so I’m hoping something can be done.
