The watch itself is beautiful

The watch itself is beautiful and lives up to the Versace design and quality. However, my experience with Macy’s service was extremely frustrating and disappointing. According to the product details on Macy’s website, this watch includes FREE watch sizing at Macy’s stores with proof of purchase. When I visited a Macy’s store to have the bracelet adjusted and showed my receipt, I was told they could not perform the adjustment and was instructed to go to a non-Macy’s store and tell them I was sent by Macy’s. I followed this direction and ended up being charged for the service. After this, I contacted Macy’s customer service and was told that Macy’s could have performed the sizing after 10 days from the purchase date. This information was never communicated to me at the store. Had this been explained clearly, I would not have paid out of pocket elsewhere. While the watch itself is lovely, Macy’s needs to provide clear and consistent information regarding watch sizing. The advertised be
