Watch Did Not Work

This was so disappointing. The watch is beautiful and I was really happy that they used lions and not the typical Medusa that is on a lot of Versace items. But the watch arrived not working. It appeared to me that this had been returned because there was a scratch across the back of the watch, so I didn't feel it was just a dead battery. Which even if it was just a battery, the watch should be sent in working order and not scratched.

It's beautiful but the clasp is difficult to close and the second clasp for the band expansion is also difficult to manipulate
