Marvellous product of Swiss engineering

I bought this model on my trip to Zürich, with my name engraved on the blade. I've been using it everyday since then, and I'm absolutely happy with it. It's incredibly versatile, lightweight, and useful for everyday use, so it's not just a perfect souvenir, but a fantastic tool, for someone who's constantly on the move.

Not Happy

This is my 2nd purchase, 1st one very small and got on sale. This 2nd purchase, I paid full price, was supposed to have screw driver and twizzers. DID NOT HAVE SCREWDRIVER, ETC... AND THIS WAS A GIFT! NOW BECAUSE MACY'S MOVED OUT OF AREA, I NEED TO SEND BACK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I WILL STOP ORDERING FROM MACY'S!
