Watch was a used return

Just received my watch. The watch itself is very nice in appearance and quality and I would recommend it, unfortunately, mine arrived used. It had wear on the band and small scratches on silver watch case. The attached label on the string was all folded and mangled. They even forgot to take off the returned merchandise sticker. Very disappointed in Macy's for selling a higher priced watch that was sold as "new" in this condition. So my rating is 5 for the watch, but 1 for Macy's for a 3 total. Returning item.
