While it looks really cool,

While it looks really cool, I never dreamed that this unit would not have any measure of control for the dynamic levels of the sound. You rather assume that any unit produced today will have this, so I did not even look for this detail on the description. I will be mailing the unit back.

The quality and craftsmanship is

The quality and craftsmanship is just what you'd expect from a company that has been in the industry for as long as Victrola. Simply amazing. I really like the vintage look to the FM tuner and the old school grill. The quality of sound from a single speaker is amazing. The ability to connect my Bose headset via bluetooth makes listening to my old LPs even better. I will definitely be buying another. Maybe the Navigator so I can listen to my old tapes. I have no doubt I will be just as satisfied.
