Damaged packaging
This came directly from the outside seller (not from Macys store). I was disappointed when it arrived and there were two large holes in the outside package. When I opened the outer box, the box containing the product was also damaged. The holes had gone all the way through both boxes. I didn't open the product box to see if the product was damaged, but, since I had bought this as a Christmas present, the more I looked at the damage, the more I came to change my mind and not include this item (in the presents). I returned this product to Macys
