Great Pans

I’m no chef but I feel like one when using these pans, which has been just about every day. Definitely sturdy but they don’t feel clunky at all. Just the right weight and I feel the slight handle angle is just about perfect. Just read the directions. An occasional seasoning and always using a small bit of oil or butter in the pan will make a huge difference. I’ve had no problems with anything sticking. For the first time I’ve been able to slide fried eggs right out of the pan and onto the plate.

great even heating pans

Great even heating due to heavy bottoms. Love these better than my older calphalons. Be sure not to overheat, as they get hot even on medium heat.
