The Best Non Stick Pan I’ve Ever Had!
This pan is absolutely amazing! It doesn’t give off any chemical odor when cooking like traditional nonstick pans do. I love that you can use it in the oven to finish off a dish (didn’t even know that was possible with a nonstick pan!) It has a nice heavy weight to it, so I like that it has two handles to carry it around with. While the handles stay cool to the touch when cooking on a stove top, be mindful to use a pot holder when removing the pan from the oven as the handles and lid will take on the heat! You can make so many different things with this pan! One of my favorite things to make with it is scrambled eggs. Because of its size and high walled sides, it holds much more volume than a skillet. Also, the higher sides make it easier to stir and fold the eggs without them going everywhere! The eggs come out soft and fluffy without any of the dry, crunchy edges that eggs take on in traditional skillets. My second favorite food to make with this pan is sauces. The second smaller handle is perfect to hold onto while whisking sauce. It gives you a better leverage point to be sure that all of your ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. And once again, the higher sides make it easier to hold all the ingredients. Also, this is great for making any type of cheesy, gooey dishes, like macaroni and cheese or hot dish casseroles. The nonstick coating makes it easy to serve from and an absolute breeze to clean! This would make a fabulous gift for a wedding or a housewarming party!

Very chic
first of all i loved the design! it is so chic ! loved also that is tia VERY VERY easy to clean; no one need those pans that everything sticks on it.i was able to make different type of dishes and all worked well, so over all i like very much

Makes Cooking Indian Dishes So Much Easier
I’ve been using the Viking PureGlide Pro 4.5-Quart Sauté Pan for a few weeks now, and it’s amazing for everyday Indian cooking. The size is just right for making sabzis, paneer curries, or even dal tadka. Heat spreads evenly, so nothing burns in the center, and the stainless steel finish gives a nice golden sear to veggies. The matel lid is handy for simmering gravies. Cleanup is easy too — even with masala oils. Really happy with this pan!

Durable, Healthy and Truly Nonstick!
I’ve been using the Viking PureGlide Pro 3-Ply 4.5-Quart Saute Pan and it’s quickly become one of my favorite pieces of cookware. The titanium nonstick surface makes cooking and cleanup effortless. Food just slides right off. I also love that it’s chemical-free, so I can cook confidently for my family. The pan heats evenly, feels solid and well-balanced and the handle stays cool while cooking. It’s great for making larger portions without splatter. Definitely a high-quality, long-lasting pan worth the investment!

Best pan I have ever used!
When I first tried the pan I was completely taken back. It was crazy how the heat was evenly distributed and nothing stuck. My food browned and cooked perfectly. I loved that the handle and the lid handle did not get hot. Even when my husband used it the first time he was highly impressed. This is definitely a brand I will be using to replace my old set with.

Amazing pan !
I love, love, love this Viking Contemporary 3-Ply Stainless Steel Sauté Pan with Lid, 3.6 Quart. . I was already in love with tri ply stainless cookware because of the excellent heat conduction, lack of non-stick materials, and easy of care so I was certainly going to get stainless steel again. I started looking for my favorite pans, which were Calphalon, but they were out of stock for a couple of weeks so I began looking at other choices.

A dream to cook with!
This Viking sauté pan is not only absolutely gorgeous, but cooks like a dream, the non stick surface can basically be wiped clean with simply a paper towel. This pan cooks best with being placed on a similar burner size as the pan. A little butter or oil is all that is necessary to use in this pan. No cooking spray is to be used. This pan will last a lifetime. I am looking forward to replacing my current pans to this brand.
