Flowerbomb 4 pc Parfum fragrance and Body Lotion H

Flowerbomb Original fragrance is my favorite Parfum and has been since it first came out. Not only is it elegant but intoxicating. I love it and always get compliments every time I wear it. One specific time was when I was in a supermarket and I couple walked by me. I over heard the man say to the women " Wow she spells beautiful ask her what parffum is she wearing?" and so she did, and I said " my favorite pafum the original Flowerbomb by Victor & Rolf.! . She thanked me and said that both she and her husband said that i looked lelgant and smelled gorgeous!

Poor and uncaring customer service

Poor customer service. Only part of the order arrived the rest is lost in transit. Macy does keep sending me an offer for a free return of the free part of my order i never received. The free gift that was supposed to be included which is why i bought from them. This was a christmas gift and now I would have been better of getting it from another seller. Dont trust them to care about your delivery if you need it by a certain time.
