When you look the brand name is is very high , but the quality of the glass is very LOW , Not happy when I see the product , but used I because need it at that time .

Starting a collection of these dishes. Admired them for years, and buying a few pieces when on sale. Heavy and beautiful.

NO REFUND AFTER PURCHASE DESPITE CALLING FOR HELP

The plates were packed on the bottom of the package and two arrived broken. I called Macys to complain about the UPS driver who apparently threw the package (I heard it hit my door), and was told that because it was "glass" I could not just get replacements for the 2 broken plates, but had to get a refund. I was told to keep the set since they would not replace the broken glass pieces, at no cost to me. HOWEVER, I still see a charge on my credit card, despite talking with Macys customer rep, who specifically told me to NOT SEND back any pieces as it was sold as a set, and is therefore not reuseable. Two days have passed since I called Macys for a refund, and although it shows a refund on my Macy's account, I see NO refund on my credit card online. I am waiting to see if this gets correctec, or if I have to recall Macy's again to get my $$ back.

My favorite in a very large collection!

I love and have had this pattern for twenty plus years. Already had them once but gave them to an adult grandchild who admired them but had to replace them for myself! They are beautiful, colorful and sturdy. I have never broken or chipped a single piece in the whole set of dishes. Teapot handles and pours perfectly. They are a step up from ordinary dishes!
