Received Empty Box Instead of What I ordered

The bracelet looked great in the online photo, however, when the shipment arrived, there was only a box with an empty pouch....no bracelet. I reached out to Macy's via chat and was told that the bracelet was shipped by a third-party vendor and that he would reach out to the company. I've heard nothing from Macy's or the vendor since.
