Wrong Product Sent

The wrong product was sent. The Lyst confirmation email had the right product. The Macy's confirmation email had the wrong product. Right watch. Wrong color. I called the Macy's number immediately and they told me I couldn't change the order because it was made through a 3rd party. I now have a watch I don't want or need.
