Love, love, love my chair!

Bought this chair for the heat and massage as well as the fabric and reclining feature with lumbar support for my office. I’m using it as a demo and so far three other coworkers have purchased the product.

Great chair for the price

the chair arrived a few days after ordering, was easy to put together, took about 30 minutes, and is very comfortable.

Wrinkled, slouchy fabric

The chair seems ok but is very ugly. Fabric wrinkled and baggy. There are better options for the price. Too difficult to return now it's assembled. Buyer's remorse.
