Big an Tall office chair has some issues…

The chair was not hard to assemble, and is a nice color of blue which is why I bought it. But, it tilts forward despite tightening the mechanism under the seat as far as it would go. You feel like you’re falling off the chair. I had to buy a wedge pillow and place it backwards on the seat to get the lift needed to not feel like I was slipping off. Frustrating.
