Stylish yet poorly made and uncomfortable

I have had this for 4 months now and am sorely disappointed. As a chair there is simply NOT ENOUGH PADDING! You can FEEL the wooden frame under your legs and when you lean on the edges. Now that the chair has had regular use, due to the compression/sagging of the cushion, you can now also feel the fold out legs. As a bed, IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EVEN WITH A PAD ADDED! I ended up developing bursitis in my hip after sleeping on it for 3 nights while my mother visited. The ONLY reason it gets 2 stars is its super easy to assemble, super easy to use as a guest bed and looks great. If I could get a refund on this item I would!
