Incredible features and sturdiness.
I love this machine. It's La Machine on roids. It's powerful and can cut and puree anything in it's path. Cheese, vegetables, nuts Large. Etc. It's a dynamo to work with. If you need to grind up small seeds you will need to get the smaller attachments to get the seeds ground. I bought this in 2019 and is still going strong only the drive socket needed replacement. I highly recommend this machine even though you cant purchase this now the new one looks much better. I like that they stopped using the larger rubber stabilizer on the new one as this 3500 has that large rubber piece and it makes it difficult to clean off lol it attracts anything dry. But I will say the finest blender I have used.

Amazing blender
I have wanted one of these for a long time. I saw a great sale, so grabbed it and am I ever so pleased! We made gazpacho in it for the first time using and it was amazing to watch the blender keep pulling the vegetables down for what could call less than rough chop but not liquified either, which is exactly what I hoped it would do. Super easy! Clean up was a breeze with the cleaning function. I can’t wait to explore more recipes and uses! Highly recommend. I was not paid for this review.

Still waiting
Was to be delivered by Jun 26th, it's now the 28th and per the tracking, it probably will not get here until the 30th. This was to be for a gift but will arrive too late!
Don't count on delivery date... or cust svc
Unhappy. Ordered blender for Father's day because website said it would arrive by then. Ups never shows receipt of it. Did not receive my blender and customer service could not locate it and would not refund... because i have to wait 2wks from orig due date!
Vita What?
I could not believe that I was asked to review a blender that I still had not received due to their terrible shipping process. Will never order anything online with Macy’s
