Faulty lid tabs

I bought in 2023 and have loved it until this morning when the tab on the lid snapped off.

Unimpressed for the money

I was hoping for so much more. It doesn’t sit well on the base. The lid is very difficult to get off. I am returning this.

Easy to use and space efficient

Not only is this a very good product as a food processor, I most enjoy the fact that it shares the same motor as the vitamix blender, which is a great space saver. Very happy with my purchase

FAKE BIG PUSHER

Spend your money on the blender, it's worth it. Not the food processor. There is no "big pusher". The vitamix doesn't work without the "big pusher" in. It's literally just a lid..... They should have just made the small pusher and not wasted space for the big pusher...

Disappointed

Grating cheese doesn’t work too well cuz it gets stuck in top. It’s very difficult to remove the cover. It seems like it should be much easier. I had a Bosch food processor that was actually a lot easier to use.

Hi, thank you for providing this feedback. Sometimes it helps to put your cheese in the freezer for just few minutes to get it nice and firm, especially when shredding a soft cheese like mozzarella.

Bought Food Processor 12/9/2020. Lide broke, 9/16/2024. Vitamix would not replace it. I have a 30 year old Vitamix that I love, Use It For everything .I would not buy another Vitamix... Claim #370709 Sent in Pictures

Plastic is not good

Hate the plastic. The food processor covers have bothcracked and I’ll have to pay for a bundle instead of just a cap.
