This product appeared to be a good purchase; however, it started and stopped steaming within minutes. Returning to a local Macy's!

Solidly built machine except the hose, it gets hot then deforms and bends blocking the flow of steam. Other than that, the hardware seems nice and solid, the button can be turned off with a toe instead of having a dial to turn on and off, and the rod is tall enough for a person to stand and steam without having to hunch over.

Great quality steamer. Only suggestion is that it would be to have a petal or button for steam, so that it wasn't constantly on.

Does what I expected. Sometimes spits water.

Just what I was hoping for, the perfect steamer. Too bad it took me 15 years to find it. So far, the unit works perfectly. Great steam. Heats up fast - about 2 min.

This device certainly saves on the dry cleaning bills.
