I regret my purchase
The best part of this humidifier is that it holds a lot of water, so it can run over 24 hours without having to refill. When the light is on, the glow is warm and pretty. But I find it frustrating to use, and regret purchasing this since it was also a pricier humidifier. The “buttons” are unresponsive or slow to respond, and it’s hard to tell if you have successfully flipped to the next setting. There are no visual or audible indicators when you touch the “button”, and nothing showing what setting you are in. You would know by guessing from the amount of mist, or pushing the button to the next setting to see how it responds. I also wish there were 3 settings instead of just high or low.

BEST HUMIDIFIER EVER
What a lovely piece of art the delivers beautiful humidity. Don't waste your time and money with any other humidifier.

Beautiful and Functional
We've bought this humidifier just about a month ago and have been using it every day. It works really well and the ambient lighting provided is a nice feature. We use on the lowest humidity setting and keep it on 24/7. One day we accidentally switched to the high humidity, had our bedroom door closed, and came back to a room that felt like the rainforest. As someone who identifies as a tropical plant, I had no complaints. I do wish this model came with the mineral cartridge feature, but we chose aesthetics over that and the build up has not been too bad. The capacity of the tank is incredible - we get about 28-30 hours on a full fill at the lower setting.

So disappointed!
This is wonderful and great to look at, but filling it at 16 lbs(gallon and a half) twice a day is not feasible because I am 70 and female. My bad for not realizing it wasn't top fill..will return.

Love it
My first humidifier came broken so I had to get a replacement. It came quickly which is greatly appreciated. Now, onto the actual product. I really like it! I tend to wake up to a very dry throat due to the change in weather (it’s getting colder where I am) and it’s very annoying cause I hate the feeling of a dry, sore throat. I’ve seen a drastic difference in when I wake up in the morning. Additionally, it’s very nice in terms of providing ambiance to my space in the nighttime. It’s relatively quiet—you can sometimes hear the water or the blowing of the mist if you put it on high—so I sometimes forget I have it on. The only con for me is that if you’re not careful, you can spill water since the base itself also gets filled with water. However, once I remembered that, I had no more spills.

Very beautiful
Oddly enough I came down with a really bad cold (on top of allergies) after this product arrived. It was a LOT larger than I expected (hence the once star that was removed) so it takes up more space than anticipated. However, the functionality is amazing and helped me a lot while I was dealing with dry cough and sinuses. Especially as we go into winter, I can’t wait to make use of this in my space to help battle the cold and dryness. The ambiance it creates is very nice as well along with the overall appeal. Very expensive and warm looking.
