Won’t honor pricing mistakes
Worst customer service. Macy’s advertised this bag on sale. I bought 2. Then they cancelled the order. I spoke to Level 2 support who admitted to mispricing the item and refused to honor the price as advertised. I asked for next level of support. I waited 1.5 hours. Then she came on and the call disconnected. How convenient.

they canceled my order without a reasonable reason since the items still on stock.. sketchy.
Prices are scam, Disappointed
Ordered two bags and somehow both orders got cancelled, very disappointed at Macys, never ordering anything else again
