I ordered these items plus several more on June 27th, 2024 via Macy's online shopping website. My order nos are 2961399656 and 2960859686. On June 28th, 2024 I received a reply email from Macy;s that all of these items were out of stock and therefore my orders were cancelled. However, I found out that Macy's had lied. Al of these items were in stock and ready to ship, however due to a pricing error on Macy;s website, they decided to cancel my orders. They did not want to honor the advertised price that I bought them at and instead they cited there was a glitch in their website. I called their customer service to resolve this issue and they were of no help. It is so disappointing that one of the last major retailers in USA has lowered their customer service standards to such a point that they don't even acknowledge their mistakes nor do they take responsibility for it,

Really, you want my comments about shopping at Macy's? Never again. Bait and switch. After ordering six different Tumi products that were on sale online, including backpacks and purses, all items were ultimately out of stock. What a waste of my time. It was interesting that several items we tried to order were out of stock on the Macy's website, but others were not until we were notified the two days later. This reminds me that I need to check my credit card and PayPal accounts to ensure that Macy's did not charge me for these items.
