Aura frame keeps families connected

The Aura Frame is a magnificent gift for our nephew's family. As an Air Force pilot being deployed across the globe and having a young family, the Aura frame can keep him connected to his wife and daughter. In addition, the entire extended family can add photos if authorized, and he can add his own. The 15 inch screen is highly visible and the matte finish is a plus.

Great frame but portrait repositioning issue

Very nice digital frame. I already have a 10inch Aura frame, my daughter got me. I wanted a larger frame to fit a spacrme in my wall unit and this 15inch Walden frame was a perfect fit. The 15inch frame displays my Landscape, wildlife and most importantly, family photo's. I also went with Aura because I can see the photo's on my Daughter's aura frame, and she can share mine. I would have given 5 stars,excepr for issue with the app. I continually have to reposition photo's in the portrait mode that I already had adjusted previously. My Daught has the same issue with her frame. While its sporadic, it is annoying. Also annoying, no phone number for Aura support, only email or chat. This shoukd be an easy software fix.
