Very strong handheld vacuum. I bought one for our house, then bought another as a gift. This is the best hand held vacuum on the market. Lots of suction, easy to clean and not bulky. Very well and thoughtfully designed.

Broken in less that 6 months
I would give it 0 stars. We have had this for just a few months and it shuts off after a minute or two - even though it is fully charged.
Disappointed
I have been using for about 4 months and loved it. Then is just dies. Won't charge, followed all the instructions and nothing. So disappointed. I have a Shark vacuum and have had it for years with no problems.

need directions/manuals
the product works well , however I made the mistake of removing the filter to clean. I cannot replace the filter. For some reason Shark does not have directions available, This makes the product completely useless

I bought this a little over a month ago and the following week a newer version was released 🙄 at any rate I am disappointed with it because it’s really not that powerful and a full charge only lasts about 10 minutes. I should’ve done my research beforehand.

Can’t open filter compartment
I bought this a couple of years ago. It does well sucking up cat litter and around the pet food dishes. My complaint is the filter compartment is so hard to open. I can’t even pry it open. And you need to get in there to clean the filter. My husband can’t open it either.

The quietness and the price.
The perfect vac for cleaning up messes in house or car. It’s light weight and the suction is unbeatable. It’s very quiet and durable. The battery life on it is great I charge mine like once a week and I use it almost everyday. I even bought my 4 daughters one.

So happy I got it!
I LOVE this thing!! It's very handy. I don't have to pull out the vacuum for quick, small jobs. I always wondered why the dust buster went away! It's not meant to last a long time, I think it has the right amount of power for small jobs. So glad I bought it.
