Almost Perfect!

I love the compact size and the fact that it’s battery operated. I’m still getting used to using it without getting the arm that holds it wet. It’s easy to do it if you’re not paying attention because the water will come out of the top of the handle where the tip connects. Moving it to a different angle usually takes care of the problem.

Not great.

Not what expected. It is very loud and the cord is very stiff. It did not come with a plug for the charging cable. The actual function is fine but would not purchase again.

We greatly appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. It is designed for use in the bathroom and to have a sound level appropriate for the space. Also, in an effort to reach our environmental goals, our newer units will not include outlet plugs or “bricks”. However, the charging cord is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have from other products.

Best to go cordless

Great Cordless Water pick with good pressure to clean teeth. Its lightweight enough to store on the bathroom counter top. I had the regular plug-in corded model before but this one is alot better
