Does not hold enough water. Must be held upright or at a slight angle to function which makes it difficult to use in a sink. Otherwise, the power and attachments are ok.

I had one for many years and really liked it before it gave out on me. I then purchased this one because it is quite similar. It is evident when I use it that just brushing would not get all of those tiny particles of food out.

I was disappointed that the WP-400 I bought provides a very weak stream of water, which often stops completely depending on how I am moving the unit, and it is rather difficult to maneuver during use. I would not say the product is defective, but compared to other Waterpiks I have owned, this has been less than satisfactory.

It was disappointing that the unit did not come with the USB charger that is needed to xharge the unit. It calls for a specific charger, thatbi don't have. So im using one that is close. The charger indicator light constantly blinks, and is not addressed in the instructions. The water reservoir should be a bit larger so you don't have refill during a floss.

I have some concerns. First, it takes at least 3 refills to get my entire mouth done. Second, the water adds to the weight of the water pik. Third, my thumbs have a little arthritis, so this is not easy to maneuver, turn, change speed, etc. Fourth, the place where the charger plug goes needs to have some kind of cover so water doesn't get in. It is impossible to keep this appliance dry while using it. I'm also not happy that the plug/box, whatever you're calling it, was not included. Sure, I could charge it by plugging it into my computer, but why do I want my oral hygiene stuff sitting on my desk when I have a perfectly good electric outlet in the bathroom?

Disappointment
I'm attempting to review this again to see if you'll publish it this time. I found this unit to have a weak stream of water, which sometimes stopped completely depending on how I held it. It was also hard to maneuver. Compared to other Waterpiks I have owned, this was a disappointment.
