Inconsistent heating levels
I have had heated mattress pads in the past. This one does not work correctly. When you first turn it on, it gets too hot! The heating is inconsistent every time I use it. It should be comfortable at low, but many times the heat is too intense! When I change the heating settings they don't make much of a difference. My main concern is the lowest level gets too hot and is not at all comfortable. I have been dissatisfied with this mattress pad since I bought it, and I will be returning it. I do not recommend it!

Great price, great product
Very pleased after day 1 & after researching a dozen or so of the top brands. The cord goes under the mattress, which I like & it gets really hot quickly, then calms down. Being able to set the timer doesn’t really seem to be something I need, but it’s fine. The real test will be how long it lasts; I would give it a 5th star in 5 yrs. Very happy I went with the Serta by Westinghouse.
