Macys/WestinTrends sent a box that was clearly damaged and attempted to reseal and send as new. I called Macys asking for a return/swap for one chair. They said WestinTrends would reach out to me to coordinate a replacement. Surprise, no news from WestinTrends. Do not buy these items because if you have any issues, you will most likely not get the customer service you need.
Very comfortable porch set
I purchased this as a gift and they loved the set. I assembled myself and it wasn’t terribly difficult.

Beautiful chairs
E Exactly what I had envisioned. Assembly said 30 minutes for one person my husband and I are in our 60s took us a little over an hour and a half to put each chair together and we purchased four of them.

Nice looking rockers with flaws
Putting these rockers together was relatively simple when following the instructions. We had to flip a couple pieces for a better fit. Sitting in the rockers there isn’t much of a “rocking” motion resulting in a very minimal rock with a sudden stop which is disappointing. We feel the rocker bases are too flat and need a greater curvature for a smoother greater rock. Due to the small rocking motion with a sudden stop you can feel the back slightly flex. I didn’t notice the silver hardware on black and would have referred black hardware. The rockers and table look nice, and the rockers are comfortable to sit on. I am looking forward and hoping to many years of maintenance free needs due to the weather resistant plastic material and rust resistant hardware as noted in the description. I would encourage the manufacturer to revise the construction of the rocker bases for a greater smoother rock.
They are plastic. Junk.
These are plastic. Any shift or movement will scratch the rocker. We had put them together and by the time we flipped it to sit on it, it was already scratched. Then, the actual rocker itself was loose and wouldn’t rock, and yes, we put it together correctly, exactly how it was shown. Maybe our batch was defective? Either way, it didn’t work out. We then requested a return and they asked us to put it back in the box. That was impossible after opening the package. Unfortunately, the only way to find out that they were junk was to put it together. It’s basically a catch-22.
New porch rockers and table
The two porch rocking chars and small round table, were exactly what we were looking for. I absolutely love the green color...it makes our porch stand out in the best possible way! The rocking chairs are extremely comfortable once we got seat and back cushions for them.

Great rocking chair set!
Attractive, sturdy furniture, relatively easy to put together. Can definitely do it by yourself (I did), but you may need an electric screwdriver or drill to hold the square drive bit provided with the rockers to screw in about 8 screws (the rest of the screws can be done by hand with a tool provided with the rockers).
