Not even a year old

I am 5'4" tall. When I was putting the umbrella (last week) into its stand it fell over and dropped. It completely broke off the plastic top of the umbrella and I was left with an umbrella that can't be put together again. I know It was bought in April, 2024 but shouldn't an umbrella be strong enough to take a little fall. Its outside with wind, lots of heavy rain (I'm in Florida), I want some kind of guarantee from you. Something?

WESTING TRENDS DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT

I AM SO UPSET THAT I BOUGHT THIS FROM WESTIN TRENDS. I BOUGHT 2 UMBRELLAS FOR A PARTY SCHEDULED AT THE END OF AUGUST, 2024. I RECEIVED THE UMBRELLAS ON JULY 9TH BUT DIDN'T TAKE THEM OUT OF THE BOX UNTIL SEVERAL WEEKS LATER. A LIGHT WIND BLEW THE TOP OFF OF ONE OF THE UMBRELLAS. I WENT ONLINE TO RETURN BUT WAS ONE DAY PAST THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. WESTIN TRENDS WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT JUST STATING IT WAS PAST THE 30 DAY RETURN. MACY'S WOULD NOT EITHER.

It is a waste of money. Horrible quality!

I'm not even two weeks old and with a rain the umbrella lost its color. It looked horrible with stains. How I would like to return it.

Don’t do it!

Umbrella took weeks to get here and arrived broken. There was no receipt in the box. It took hours of my time to resolve the issue.

Sturdy frame and fabric. Easy up crank. Beautiful charcoal gray color. This was a bargain for a quality item.
